PANDAN

MAKRUT LIME LEAF
GINGER
LIME ZEST

  • British grain vodka, redistilled with fresh pandan leaves, makrut lime leaves, ginger and lime zest.

    700ml

    40% ABV

  • 3-5 working days.

SIGNATURE SERVES

PANDAN TUXEDO

  • 50ml MOTHAIBA

    15ml Fino Sherry

    5ml Koko Kanu

    2 dashes saline solution

  • Stir all of the ingredients with ice until chilled, and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a pandan leaf.

ESPRESSO MARTINI

  • 50ml MOTHAIBA

    1 shot espresso

    15ml Tonka Liqueur

    5ml Brown Rice syrup

  • Add a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker, pour in all of your ingredients. Shake until ice cold. Strain into a chilled glass. Garnish with coffee beans.
